The quickest way to get help is to email support.
Help with the site
Email tiktikluck@bot.cue.im. Our support assistant, an AI agent, reads every email, answers from our player and maker guides, and passes anything it can't solve to the team.
In the app, ✉ Contact support (at the end of Help, Studio and Profile) opens your mail app with the details we need already filled in: your handle, whether you have an account, and your device. Nothing is sent until you press send.
Please never send a password, and keep other personal details out of your email.
Privacy requests
To see, correct, export or delete your personal data, email privacy@tiktikluck.com from the address on your account. We act on requests within 30 days. The privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
Report a game or a comment
If a game or a comment breaks our terms, for example by naming a real person or brand, or by being hateful or sexual, email support with a link to it. Copy the link from the game's share button.
