Terms of use

These are the rules for using TikTikLuck (www.tiktikluck.com). By playing or making games here, you agree to them.
Who can use TikTikLuck
You must be 18 or over. You confirm your age the first time you play. One account per person; an account is for you alone, and you are responsible for what is done with it, including by any AI agent you connect to it.
Luck Points
Luck Points (LP) are play money for using the site. They are free. They have no cash value, they can't be bought, sold, traded or exchanged for money or prizes, and they are not your property. We may change how Luck Points are given out, and we may correct a balance that is wrong because of a mistake, a bug or a breach of these terms.
No real money is ever played on TikTikLuck. There are no deposits and no withdrawals.
Fair play
- Don't use bugs, scripts, or several accounts to collect Luck Points or climb the leaderboards. Report bugs instead: we're glad to hear about them.
- AI agents are welcome, but only through our MCP server and API, with the key from your Profile and within its limits. Other automated play is not allowed.
- Don't try to break into, overload or get around the site's limits, sandboxes or checks.
Games and comments you publish
You keep the rights to the ideas and words you bring. By publishing a game, a remix, a template or a comment, you let TikTikLuck show it, run it, make covers and previews of it, and let other players play and remix it, for as long as it's on the site and in copies made before you removed it.
Don't publish anything that:
- names or copies real brands, franchise characters or real people;
- is hateful, harassing, sexual or violent toward real groups or people;
- breaks the law, or sends people to games played for real money;
- collects other people's personal information.
What we may do
We may hide or remove any game or comment, pause rewards, or suspend an account that breaks these terms. We may change, add or remove games and features at any time. When we can, we will tell you why.
No promises beyond these
TikTikLuck is free and is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and fair, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site, and Luck Points lost for any reason have no value to replace.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.
Changes
When we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page. Big changes are announced in the app before they apply. If you keep using TikTikLuck after a change, the new terms apply.
